Parking
Enter the parking lot from North PCH next to Malibu Fish Grill. Take a parking ticket at the kiosk, proceed and turn left, then right to the patient 2-hour parking area on the north side of the 390 building. Enter the building through the north "side" entrance. Go through the second set of doors into the hallway, and turn left. We are the first office on your left. We offer 2-hour free validated parking.
Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Payment Policies
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure.
